It’s easy to become frustrated and impatient when practicing mindfulness of breathing. A common reason is setting expectations that your mind is somehow not living up to, but before you fall into this rut, try leaning into a broader sense of faith and patience. Consider your sources of faith in MOB (scientists, friends, religious figures, doctors, etc.) and recall what got you here in the first place. Now remember that change takes time, and trust the process!
